How will you deliver our video(s)?
We deliver all your films through a private link via Vimeo. You can use this link to download your films and share them with whoever you wish! The link stays active indefinitely so you will always have access to your films.

How does the music selection process work?
We license all of our music through musicbed.com. After your wedding, we will send you our recommendations of at around 5 songs we think fit well with your day. You have the choice to select one of those songs or explore musicbed.com for yourself to find a song we both can work with!
How long until our video(s) are ready?
In our contract we state that videos will be delivered no later than 60 days after the event. In most cases, we deliver your films to you within 2-4 weeks.
How does your booking process work?
We would love to sit down and get to know you, whether that be over coffee, zoom, or even a phone call. If you decide to book, we will send you a contract to fill out and sign, along with a 20% non-refundable deposit. After this is completed, your date is secured!
What happens if you are unable to attend our wedding?
While this has never happened, we do have systems in place should we be unable to attend your day. If it is a single shooter, the other member of Rocky Mountain Studios will be available as a replacement. If it is a 2 shooter, we have multiple contacts who we can call on to take our place. No matter what, your day will be captured in the same way you would have expected.
What if we need to reschedule our wedding?
In any case involving COVID, we will do everything in our power to either reschedule or in extreme cases refund your deposit. Any cancelation that does not involve COVID forfeits their 20% deposit.
What are your travel costs?
All travel within Calgary, Canmore, and Banff is included in the package price. Travel beyond these locations is charged at $0.54/km.
